Motorvation Business Policy: Motorvation business hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. All orders received by 12:00 pm with the exception of custom orders will be processed the day. Custom orders may take 10 to 14 business days. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless requested otherwise. Shipping by other carriers with be subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Motorvation Warranty & Return Policy: All products are warranted by Motorvation for 90 days. Chips and Programmers are warranted for as long and you own the vehicle. No refunds after 30 days. To avoid delay in warranty exchange and credit, all returns must have a Return Authorization Number.
